Refund policy

With the hope of building a long-lasting relationship founded on your love for traditional elegance, we humbly remind you that we do not have a RETURN or EXCHANGE policy.

However, if you receive a wrong, damaged, or incomplete product, please follow these guidelines to initiate a resolution within 24 hours of receiving your shipment:

Required Proof for Resolution

  1. Unboxing Video:

    • A continuous video recording of the unboxing process, showing the package as you open it and revealing the product inside.
    • This video helps establish the product's condition upon arrival.

  2. Received Product Images:

    • Clear pictures of the product from multiple angles, highlighting any visible issues or damages.

  3. Shipping Parcel Images:

    • Photos of the package as it arrived, including any external damage or discrepancies.

  4. Shipping Label Image:

    • A clear image of the shipping label, showing all tracking details and shipping information.

Important Notes

  • The product must have its original packaging and tags intact.
  • Sarees with fall and edging, or any customized products, cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Products purchased during sales are non-refundable.
  • Only a one-time replacement or return will be offered, subject to our verification process.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • For pre-paid orders, a cancellation charge will be deducted from the refund as per the product value.

Refund & Quality Check

Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse:

  • The product will undergo a thorough Quality Check (QC).
  • Upon successful verification, we will process your request.

Refund Timeline: 8–10 business working days.
